It doesnt work anymore!

On my old iPhone 4 it shows the popup "new version available", only option is "ok" which redirects to apple store. Choosing update, the only option is to download a compatible release, cause I dont have iOS 8 or later,but then I get again "new version available" and so on and on and on...
