There are many issues on this app compared to other airlines apps that make me go crazy: - When checking in you always need to add your frequent flyer number manually, even though you logged in - the calendar entry is stupid as the title is your booking reference - why not keep the option of always being logged in the app - you cannot add reservations manually and save them, consequently when checking in, you always need to key in your ticket number, as its not saved

Why do you try to reinvent the wheel? There are many apps that work fine within the Star Alliance... Just copy one and get rid of that outdated and tricky software...

All in all Great Service and easy use! :)

Great App. Easy to handle. Easy to book flights. My suggestions: in "my bookings" there should be a way to remember the reservation codes or the bookings. And please let me use the app without every Update.

When try to buy ticket with this app it hangs. IPhone 6. After latest update. It became worse as service in THY

On my old iPhone 4 it shows the popup "new version available", only option is "ok" which redirects to apple store. Choosing update, the only option is to download a compatible release, cause I dont have iOS 8 or later,but then I get again "new version available" and so on and on and on...

Whenever I try to book a flight. It throws an error, "cant get the price. Please try again later". Please fix this issue. Also, make the "Miles & Rewards" cards available on Apple Wallet.

After the latest update the app cannot open. It loads the Turkish airlines logo and then crashes

Its nice to see that the latest update has (finally) brought support for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus screen sizes — even though the release notes mentioned nothing about it. All thats really left for this app to accomplish is either to always keep my Miles&Smiles account signed in, or add in Touch ID support for faster/simpler sign in. If I can be a little more ambitious, making this app universal with (proper, up-to-date) iPad support would be great.

I dont know why, maybe because in Spain we have to names, but I have never been able to check in online. Never matching data

They advertise as Europes best, but have the worst application

The flight tracker is nowhere as good as off-the-shelf free apps. Whats the sense of having it.

What good is an airline app that doesnt allow you to do online check in

After much search found "contact us" option under the settings which opens up to a page similar to the home page of the app. At the bottom of that page theres another "contact us" item which this time opens up to a blank page. I could not find an option on the app to contact the airline by phone, text, chat, or email.

App forces you to update before you can use it. I just want to book tickets. Useless
