if you cannot retrieve the boarding card than this makes no sense

The app is absolutely perfect! Its such a pleasure to fly with Turkish Airlines! The service is superb!! Cabin crew are so friendly and I do enjoy flying with Turkish ! 5+ Stars well deserved!

I have no idea how Turkish airlines could ever be voted as a best airline anywhere in the world. This useless FF program is made to make your life miserable. In case you forgot your PIN, procedure to get new pin is so complicated that you just give up. Will try to avoid by all means both this airline and its services. Shocking

Please bring out a new Update with following options: • Screen resolution optimization for the iPhone 6(s) and iPhone 6(s) Plus. • Boarding Card in Wallet Please bring a new update soon!!!

Due to my work im flying around the world with different Airlines and using there Apps. Yours is by far the best.

Turkish Airlines always recommended. App is very useful and very easy to use.

One of the best airlines in the world and this excuse of an app just doesnt match. The keyboard wont function on the iPad. The app cannot retrieve the price for half of the flights searched. Very frustrating to search for flights. Would never use to buy tickets, unless its updated.

The best airlines to fly with. But the pricing of the tickets you give on your app is absolutely ridiculous. When I can get a ticket to Turkey for approx. $1400C on other websites, you give a price for more than $2000C per person!!! Youre good but not that good! Also your app wont give prices for more than half the searches... Upgrades on your app and lower prices are a must!!

Checking in on Dubai Airport on February 5th was an absolute nightmare. Checking in on business class took more than 45 min, if there are troubles inform the passengers - nothing happened? It was easier to check in through the economy line which had 6 check ins in operation - business class had one - Smarten up TK airline this mishap was inexcusable

Always shows not available and can never calculate prices. If the app gets fixed itll be great

Great and easy to use!

I simply cannot book any ticket on this app. Keeps on failing where it retrieves the price of the ticket. Tried so many times, with no result! Useless!

Check in function always says "Error please try again later". I have tried for 5 different flights.

Could you guys make smile & miles card available in wallet?
