Tha app have a lot of functions, but now many airlines companies app have digital version of membership card and good integration with passbook. I suggest to improve this aspect.

It is impossible to check in

Cant save 4 contacts in settings. When trying to add my 4th family member, the app asks to delete one of the 3 already stored. Should be able to add as many as I want. Also would like to be able to store my credit card information, dont like to enter it every time. Please fix these and i will upgrade my rating to 5. Thanks

Great app considering the last one, i can buy tickets in seconds

Just like their flight experience they provide, TKs app is done beautifully. Its very easy to make a booking quickly. The user experience is smooth and flawless. A great example for a mobile app.

This very comfortable and easy to use.

Clean interface. Easy to use. Passbook functionality is missing. In addition to miles within the last year, Miles & Smiles should display miles collected since card renewal as well.

A great app compared to other airlines. However, one small flaw. When putting in United frequent flier account it will not let you use letters. United accounts have been alpha numeric for a while so I needed to complete my reservation on line.

Prices are more expensive than the website and phone call srevice.

I will like to have a my trip section like delta app it will really help people like me travel so much Also how come award ticket miles more expensive vs online or customer service also think about your partner airlines mile numbers fix this issues please almost there THY try little better thx

Probably the worst airline app I have ever used. Does not retain any information at all, when I display my reservation most of the information is missing (doesnt show seat assignments or APIS data, no fare or ticket information. The check-in "feature" is completely pointless, it doesnt actually do anything. It doesnt produce a boarding pass at all, so you still have to go to the desk at the airport. Why bother ? Just complete crap. Really really bad.

Neden iPad destegi yok? Why isnt there support for iPad?

Pretty poor app functionality for an airline attempting to be a global leader.

Customers need to know their fare class. Also cant book Muti city trip.

I was sitting in my seat and all settled this gentleman approaches and tells me i am in his seat! We check are boarding passes and we both have the same seat. Some flight attendant came to me without apologizing with the worst attitude somehow like she has caught a thief and takes are boarding passes. Then comes back to me crossing off the existing seat number and writing down a new one. With the same rude and impolite attitude she hands me the boarding pass to go to the other seat. First they made a mistake second she didnt event apologize and third she didnt even help me to go find the new seat. This was very frustrating since i thought i have boarded the wrong plane and then i had to deal with her attitude. Wow, does Turkish airline train their staff at all???
