Very god, I liked it, very convenient to use

This is a good overall app. It lets you do all of the basic functions needed from a phone... However, I need to be able to add my Miles&Smiles account card to Passbook. Not just my ticket. Otherwise, functionality and design are OK.

The app is good except that the price is only in Turkish lira no dollar??

The flight experience onboard is 10 stars. Their customer service at every level leading up to boarding their planes is -9 stars. Thats how the end up with just a single star. God help you if you need to call them to make a change to an existing reservation. Hours and hours of a run-a-round.

Simple, some basic usefulness, but not worthy of a global airline. It has a field for Citizenship Number, which is common in Turkey, but US citizens should NOT enter their Social Security number. There is no field for State in the Address record, so if you live in Springfield USA, it could be any of the 34 Springfields in 25 states. Turkey has many talented app designers. They can do much better.

Boarding pass - Passbook integration is buggy and does not work. Search for available flights to check-in is cumbersome to say the least.

It says it does, but when you press "add to passbook" it says it can not generate it. There is also no my flights tab where you can see your boarding passes in the app. You have to go to check in again to see your boarding pass. Good design but without these options, it is just useless. Probably they only paid for the design not the usability features

Fails to save any data and does not work with passbook.

The Turkish app does not store passwords or reservations, requiring you to remember the long strings of random numbers and letters they assign for passwords and reservation codes every time you open the app. This makes it basically useless. It also fails to connect three out of four times you try to click on anything, leaving you stuck at a dead end and eventually timing out and sending you back to the main screen. For an otherwise competent organization, this app (similar to their rather poor website) is a big problem.

I provide 4 star because i think it should be develop to containing an account opening button for clients to be able creating account for future use and saving related data. Well done

I use it frequently to purchase tickets, check-in flights and to check my Miles&Smiles account. Never failed me once!

Need to support iPad!

I cant get a price on any flight. I have to get on the computer to find out prices. Whats the point of having the app? As of now I no longer have it on my phone. It is a waste of space

Very poor app. Needs a lot of work to compete with other airlines. Logs you off, fails to remember data, updates calendar on iPhone with a weird number and no other info, does not connect with passbook. Fail.

When I arrived at ORD, I needed to check in my flight to Istanbul, it "checked in", and didnt give our boarding passes, so we had to go to the desk and ask, than he nicely checked us in. Than were going to our gate, and the stupid thing, is that it doesnt save your reservation # in the app, also, the reservation didnt tell us our gate! It just told us the date and flight #. SO INCONVENIENT. I wish if the Turkish airlines app was convenient like the United app, it would tell me if I had a gate change, and it gives me my boarding passes right away when I check in, and my reservation is saved, and it will show me my flight status in the app so I wont have to pull it up myself. I REALLY LOVE Turkish airlines, but they REALLY need to fix their app. I hope they improve on their app on the next update.

App is useless - has potential, but essential tools are missing. Unable to link flights. No way to view flight details. No link to outside apps ... list goes on. Customer service is actually really good. It takes getting used to phone assistance since their English is a bit rusty. Service once you get on board is exceptional and food is out of this world - thats why I gave you 2 stars.
